First Reformed Weekly - March 5, 2017

Good afternoon everyone! Today marks the First Sunday in Lent. The message was "The Root of Sin", which was about how sin starts with deception and lies. We focused on the story of the Garden with Adam and Eve (Genesis 2:15-17 and 3:1-7) to better understand sin's destructive power.

We also celebrated the Sacrament of the Lord's Supper. The Rev. Harold W. Lay came to visit our congregation during worship this morning. Rev. Lay served as our ninth pastor from 1990 to 1999.

Christopher's Chat

Pastor Christopher offers a weekly video message entitled "Christopher's Chat" to summarize his sermon series. Below is today's message about the root of sin.
