A Father's Love

"Good Shepherd" stained glass window, located by the Ackerman Ave entrance; a restored glass window from our now-demolished original chapel built in 1900.

Tomorrow is Father's Day. This is the day we honor and show appreciation for our fathers. One of the most important Commandment in the Bible is to honor thy father and mother.

Going along with this meaning of Father's Day, Rev. Christopher B. Wolf will deliver a sermon entitled "A Father's Love".

"It protects, guides and shapes. It's essential for our lives. From Our Father in Heaven to our earthly fathers," Rev. Wolf said of this message.

We will also be celebrating the Sacrament of Baptism as we baptize a new Sister in Christ. We invite you to join us for worship tomorrow morning (and every Sunday) at 10:30am. You will be welcomed ~ whether it's your first time or it's been a long time.
