Good afternoon everyone! This is the day that the Lord has made.
Let us rejoice and be glad in it!
This week was Ash Wednesday, the first day of the Lenten season. We held our Ash Wednesday service this past Wednesday. The message was "Dust and Ashes". CLICK HERE to watch our Ash Wednesday service on YouTube. CLICK HERE to watch a special Ash Wednesday edition of Christopher's Chat.
This morning, Rev. Christopher Wolf began a new series for Lent, "Journey to the Heart of God". Today's message was about holiness. Please watch below:
Yesterday was a difficult day for our community. A young person from town (high school student) committed suicide on Friday night. We give thanks for his life. We ask you pray for his family at his time. We opened the church for students, parents, teachers and anyone in the community who wanted to come together to grieve and support one another from 2-4pm.

Come aboard to join us for an exciting week of "Shipwrecked" VBS, where we will hear how Jesus has rescued us through every storm of life and is always by our side. This year's VBS is scheduled for Monday, August 6th through Friday, August 10th from 9am-12pm each day. We are in need of leaders (including teachers) and volunteers in order to have a successful VBS. If you are able to volunteer any time in this year's program, please sign up on the church hallway bulletin board or online by clicking HERE to visit our VBS page. For more information, please contact Thomas Van Winkle.
Please check the sign-up sheet on the bulletin board outside the upstairs kitchen, and sign up if you are able to host coffee hour.
