This Week at First Reformed ~ 5/6/2018

Good afternoon everyone! This is the day that the Lord has made.

Let us rejoice and be glad in it!

This morning, Rev. Christopher Wolf continued his series, "Alive!". Now that we've celebrated the Resurrection - we have to realize how ALIVE! we are! Not just a pulse, not just conscious - but life - Power; Eternal; Abundant; Precious; Daily. We are resurrection people - with the empty tomb, with the Risen Christ - we are set free, we are empowered with the Holy Spirit, we are ALIVE - to give God glory and to bring others to life in Christ.

Today's message, "Daily", teaches us that we need to choose life, the Resurrection Power, on an every day basis. Learn more in this week's Christopher's Chat:

We held our first teacher/leader meeting this past Tuesday. Volunteers are still needed to assist with recreation, crafts, snacks, setting up, or working as a classroom assistant. For further information, or if you are able to volunteer any time, please speak with Tommy Van Winkle.

Please check the sign-up sheet on the bulletin board outside the upstairs kitchen, and sign up if you are able to host coffee hour. There will be no coffee hour next Sunday, May 13th.
