Good evening everyone! This is the day that the Lord has made.
Let us rejoice and be glad in it!
This week was another special week for our church. We held a send-off during worship for Pastor Christopher's trip to Israel. Read below for more information.
OTHER CHURCH ANNOUNCEMENTS
While Pastor Christopher is in Israel:
Even though Pastor Christopher will be on his trip to Israel, ministry and care here will continue. First, please pray for Pastor Christopher's safety and for inspiration as well as for his family. If you have pastoral needs during this time, please contact Elders Kevin Kooistra or Catherine Wasdyke. Pastor Don McCracken will serve as guest minister on November 3rd and 10th. Elder Kevin Kooistra will lead worship on Sunday, November 17th. Pastor Christopher returns from Israel late on November 8th. He will then take some reflection and recovery time. He is very, very grateful for this precious gift and looks forward to sharing stories, pictures, insights and inspiration with the congregation and community.
Coffee Hour - A lot of help needed!
Please check the sign-up sheet on the bulletin board outside the upstairs kitchen, and sign up if you are able to host coffee hour. All help is appreciated.
